My start in golf writing was with a gig at a Connecticut based golf magazine, where I interviewed Ernie Els, among others. Since then, I have covered tournaments for the PGA Tour, LPGA, and the Champions Tour and many amateur events. My work has been published in a number of magazines including GolfBoston Travel and Leisure, Southern New England Golf, New England Golf Monthly, Rhode Island Monthly, and http://www.NewEngland.golf. My favorite golf courses are Kebo Valley in Bar Harbor, Maine, Pebble Beach, and Furry Creek in Vancouver B.C. and almost any Donald Ross course. Jim can be reached at golfer1051@yahoo.com
